Tom began flight
training after college. While serving as a navigator and
instructor navigator in the Air Force on KC-135 inflight
refueling aircraft, he continued flying general aviation
aircraft. After military service, he added certificates
and ratings and began giving flight instruction.
He has owned
and flown a
large number of general aviation aircraft types and is now
devoting full time to flight instruction after a career in the
computer industry. Current in many aircraft and avionics
systems, Tom can provide both
ground and flight instruction, check out flights, flight reviews
and instrument proficiency checks.
Each student
is an individual and Tom especially enjoys helping each one to
achieve his/her flying goals.
Tom is a member of EAA, AOPA,
and the Society of Aviation & Flight Educators. He is an
active member of Angel Flight, an organization providing no cost
general aviation transportation for medical patients to and from their
treatment facilities. |
